Wanted to give a shout out to CleanConstra - Vlad and his crew recently replaced our wooden deck with composite decking material. They did a great job. They were quick, professional and good problem solvers in working around the existing structure.

I strongly recommend CleanConstra. Here’s why:

My house is a bit over 40 years old. Beside a deck, all its doors to the outside have wooden platforms leading to them. After 40 years, the wood rotted and access to the house became increasingly problematic.

Vlad inspected the existing surfaces and their infrastructure to figure out what could be salvaged and what needed replacing. He learned that the infrastructure as well as the surfaces had deep rot; and that the original builder had not followed code and our joists were parallel to the house rather than perpendicular. Longer joists with a lot of rot were far more dangerous than just a couple of rotted boards.

Cleanconstra demolished all the existing wooden structures, and rebuilt them one by one. They determined that the house had settled unevenly, and worked to have the platforms appear to be level while also following the line of the house. This took some detailed work in handling the railings, but Vlad thought the problem through and solved it beautifully.

The crew working our house was just great. They were professional, highly skilled, precise in their work, and friendly. Vlad ran a tight ship. The crew arrived at 8 every morning and left at 4 every afternoon, with a half hour lunch break from 12 to 12:30. Vlad was there almost daily to ensure that the work was going to plan. He involved me in any aesthetic decisions and some engineering decisions in a professional and useful way.

We discovered water damage to our garage wall and had several contractors give us estimates. Vlad gave us a very detailed estimate with different options in order to fit our budget. Vlad and Ivan did a wonderful, thorough job and also resolved the initial problem that caused the water damage so that we don't need to worry about it happening again. The garage wall is now the nicest wall in our house!

We couldn't be happier with our finished landscaping project by CleanconstraLLC. They listened to what we were looking for and always come up with constructive suggestions. The company provided a beautifully outlined plan for our hard-to-deal backyard. They did a great job with hardscape and landscape design, which totally transformed the way our back yard looks now. Thet leveled the area, removed extra soil, constructed retaining walls, added paths and stairs. We have received many compliments on how great it looks. They were very professional and a joy to work with. Great experience all around and will definitely hire again.

Retaining wall and landscape stairs project at my Residence:
I had reached out to 6-companies for this project, two companies listed on the web never bothered to contact me. Four companies including CleanConstra LLC contacted me. The price from two of the companies were 20K plus (Three times more than I knew what it should cost) and absurdly overpriced for the work involved. The third company representative arrived on a Saturday wearing short pants and flip flops and never provided a follow up with a bid, CleanConstra LLC was my choice.

I found Vladi and CleanConstra LLC from a reference on the Next Door app and reached out to them. The next day he was in contact and followed up with a timely site visit to provide a price and review the project. Two days later I had the Bid which included the cost breakdown showing Labor and Materials, this was impressive and the main reason I hired them, none of the other bids provided clarity on where and how my money would be spent!
