Million-dollar view project. Originally the client just wanted to remove the fireplaces and install windows with a bench under. We've come up with an idea not to install any benches, but to go with huge all the way picture frame windows. The project required getting a permit, with all types of inspections. List of works: framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, geotech, foundation, complete remodeling, hardwood floor. Making custom windows, and custom interior remodeling. The client's desire was to blend in current design, but due to the house age, no modern materials could fit, meaning us to make them from scratch.
